Job Title: Backend Developer with Pega Expertise

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with expertise in Pega technology to join our team at Erste Digital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with developers, business analysts, and technical infrastructure personnel.
  • Deliver software developments and business components on time, adhering to established internal roadmaps.
  • Support the Transformation Project to Pega, analyzing and solving operation incidents and system issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies to ensure state-of-the-art operations.
  • Participate in requirements analysis, estimations, and software development tasks using specific tools and company-internal standards.
  • Contribute to our Agile development, striving to improve our way of working.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience in backend development, showcasing expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing robust server-side solutions.
  • Knowledge of integrating Pega technology into backend systems.
  • Strong background in designing and architecting complex backend systems, prioritizing scalability, reliability, and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Adept at analyzing and resolving intricate technical challenges, utilizing a systematic and innovative approach to craft effective and elegant solutions.
