About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product positioning, marketing strategies, and sales enablement programs to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product positioning, marketing strategies, and sales enablement programs to support our sales teams
  • Conduct market analysis to understand market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in the energy sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools
