As a leading manufacturer and supplier of innovative crane and lifting solutions, we are looking for an Intellectual Property Expert to join our team. This role will be part of our Global Engineering department, serving Product Lines and Centers of Excellence.

The Intellectual Property Expert will provide expert service and support for projects, patents, and innovation. Responsibilities include advising internal teams on patent matters, coordinating the development and management of the patent portfolio, conducting patent searches, filings, and defenses, and performing patent due diligence activities.

To be successful in this role, you will need several years of experience as a Patent Attorney, admitted to the European Patent Office or the Austrian/German Patent Office. You will also need a university degree in a science/technology field, such as mechanical or electrical engineering. Practical experience in patent drafting, US patent experience, and private practice are beneficial.

Our minimum yearly gross salary is EUR 59,766.98, based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
