About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fulfilment Manager to join our team at IKEA Austria GmbH. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing fulfilment team to deliver exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing fulfilment team to achieve business objectives and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Secure a seamless shopping experience for customers through effective inventory management, supply chain optimization, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team and Market Management team to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Implement new operational processes, technologies, and ways of working to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Standard Operating Procedures and maintain a safe and secure working environment.
Requirements
  • University degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant experience and proven performance in logistics/commercial/supply chain management.
  • 3-5 years of working experience in a management position, preferably in distribution, retail, logistics, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand budget, cost, and key performance measurements.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal. German skills are a plus.
