About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fulfilment Manager to join our team at IKEA Austria GmbH. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing fulfilment team to deliver exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing fulfilment team to achieve business objectives and drive customer satisfaction.
- Secure a seamless shopping experience for customers through effective inventory management, supply chain optimization, and quality control.
- Collaborate with the Commercial team and Market Management team to drive business growth and profitability.
- Implement new operational processes, technologies, and ways of working to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Standard Operating Procedures and maintain a safe and secure working environment.
- University degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant experience and proven performance in logistics/commercial/supply chain management.
- 3-5 years of working experience in a management position, preferably in distribution, retail, logistics, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills to understand budget, cost, and key performance measurements.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal. German skills are a plus.
We offer a competitive minimum monthly gross salary of € and an All-In contractual agreement with a significant salary increase based on experience and qualifications.
