Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work on automating and ensuring the quality of all processes within our stores. Our store ERP system integrates essential functions such as ordering, inventory management, sales, and price labeling.
You will be responsible for designing and optimizing our IT solutions to ensure they can be used internationally in the long term. This includes accompanying the entire development process, from modeling necessary components to programming and customizing software solutions.
Your key objectives will be to implement QA standards and guidelines, drive accountability with team leads and their teams to meet quality performance goals, and ensure program standards are met on a week-over-week basis.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years of experience in a comparable position
- Very good technical skills and knowledge of at least one common programming language (e.g., Java)
- Experience with manual and automated testing
- Ability to perform black-, gray-, and white-box testing
- Experience with test tools and frameworks (e.g., SpringBoot tests, cucumber, appium, junit, restassured)
- Good understanding of the software development life cycle
