We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Slovakia. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of QA responsibilities within an agile software development team, with extensive experience in testing applications running on mobile devices.

About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-growing international business and industry. As a Quality Engineer for Mobile Applications, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that align with business goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Lead quality assurance efforts across critical projects, particularly for mobile devices.
  • Provide technical expertise and mentor team members to elevate overall QA capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Define and implement QA strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Understand the business case and processes to perform exploratory tests.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.

Main KPI's: Test Cycle Time, Defect Detection Rate.

Requirements
  • Critically evaluate requirements and identify gaps or inconsistencies.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including developers, product teams, and management.
  • Proficient in tools such as Jira, TestRail, Postman, and Fiddler.
  • Strong focus on identifying and documenting edge cases and issues.
