We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer - Motion Graphics Specialist to join our Marketing team and contribute to our exciting journey.
Your Mission- Create captivating graphics assets and videos for campaigns, white papers, events, booths, and other marketing materials that align with our brand and messaging.
- Collaborate closely with the content team to understand project briefs and deliver high-quality designs that meet performance goals.
- Develop visually engaging motion graphics that complement our brand and narrative, working closely with design teams across different time zones.
- Choose music tracks that enhance storytelling and complement the narrative of our videos.
- Assist in the creation of visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media content, and website design.
- Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm ideas and develop concepts.
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials and platforms.
- Work with other functional areas to ensure effective continuous improvement.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, Procreate, and animation tools.
- A proactive, creative individual who values teamwork, humanness, and collaboration within a growing and talented team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude, capable of juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
- Enthusiastic about understanding how the business works to create visually compelling stories and committed to staying up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements.
- Willing to be flexible, take feedback constructively, and adapt to changes in a collaborative and elevating manner.
- Professional awareness of industry trends in motion graphics and software.
- Ability to innovate and stay ahead of the curve in the field.
- Experience in graphic design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
- Fluent in English.
- German language skills are a nice-to-have but not required.
- Experience in a Startup environment.
- Supply chain industry knowledge.
- Any additional languages like French or Spanish will be considered a plus.
