Your responsibilities will include:
- Regional Pricing Oversight: Take charge of pricing strategies and collaborate with key distributors and clients to formulate revenue enhancement plans.
- Distribution Asset Management: Manage distribution assets through thorough inventory assessments and resale evaluations.
- Strategic Development: Formulate and execute strategies aimed at maximizing market share, revenue, and profitability across targeted market segments while establishing pricing guidelines for field sales.
- Negotiation of Purchasing Agreements: Engage in negotiations for volume purchasing contracts with customers.
- Primary Product Line Interface: Act as the main point of contact for the product line, setting priorities to balance supply and demand effectively.
- Demand Management Oversight: Supervise the demand management process, including the introduction of new products.
- Revenue and Inventory Management: Oversee revenue, profit, and inventory metrics for the product line, utilizing established key performance indicators.
- Regional Forecasting: Provide recommendations for revenue forecasts by technology and packaging.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with application and product line marketing teams to devise Go-to-Market strategies for new products and identify revenue-generating opportunities through comprehensive analysis of billing, backlog, and inventory data.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree: In Engineering, Applied Sciences, or Business Administration.
- Relevant Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years in the semiconductor industry is advantageous; experience in sales and marketing is highly beneficial.
- OEM and Distributor Engagement: Previous interactions with major OEM customers and distributors.
- Goal-Driven Mindset: Proven ability to drive both short- and long-term objectives set by management.
- Multi-Tasking Ability: Capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, working independently or as part of a team as required.
- Statistical Knowledge: Proficiency in employing statistical techniques for data collection and analysis to develop tactical market strategies and solve problems.
- Collaborative Skills: Ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders to reach mutually beneficial decisions affecting regional business scenarios.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong skills to collaborate closely with Product Lines, Customer Logistics Management, Sales, and Customers.
- Effective Communication: Competence in communicating effectively at all organizational levels, including with customers and management.

Employment is aligned with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees in the electrical and electronics industry, with a monthly salary structure paid 14 times a year.
