Corporate Credit Specialist

Erste Group Bank AG is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Credit Specialist to join its Corporate Risk Management Division. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for analyzing the creditworthiness of corporate clients, assessing their financial statements, and providing expert rating decisions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of corporate clients' financial statements, including local GAAPs, IFRS, and US-GAAP
  • Assess the creditworthiness of corporate clients using a forward-looking approach
  • Prepare peer groups and market research to support credit decisions
  • Apply internal rating regulations and provide expert rating decisions
  • Contribute to various group and department projects

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration
  • At least 3 years of experience in corporate credit analysis, corporate risk management, or specialized finance
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills in English and German
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with colleagues from other departments and subsidiaries
