We're seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Development Representative to join our team in driving sales pipeline growth. As a key player in our sales organization, you'll identify and engage potential customers through targeted outbound strategies, leveraging your expertise in the SaaS landscape.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to take ownership of researching and targeting top prospects within key verticals. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to craft and execute outreach strategies that generate new business opportunities.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute tailored sales approaches to engage potential customers and drive pipeline growth
  • Conduct thorough research on target accounts and decision-makers to inform strategic outreach efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with market trends and customer needs
  • Analyze sales performance data to refine sales processes and optimize results
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments to stay ahead in the SaaS market

  • Expertise in cold outreach, pitching, and generating leads from scratch

  • Tech-savviness, proficiency in tools like Dealfront, SFDC, Outreach, Cognism, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS market, staying up-to-date with trends and developments
  • Proficiency in German and English languages, with a C2 level of fluency in each
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage senior decision-makers
  • Growth-oriented mindset, self-aware, and proactive in seeking feedback
