Job Description

You are a seasoned leader who is passionate about driving innovation and growth in the software product industry. As a Product Management Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that align with the company's overall business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and technical opportunities to drive product innovation and value creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and technical opportunities to drive product innovation and value creation.
  • Collaborate with Product Leadership to address market needs and balance roadmap priorities.
  • Maintain product roadmaps that align with the overall business strategy, incorporating input from customers and community partners.
  • Partner with Product Management Leadership Team to drive product-related strategic topics.

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong background in product management and a passion for driving innovation and growth in the software product industry. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of product management experience in a software product environment.
  • 7+ years of experience in a leadership function and a strong understanding of how to lead and drive visions and strategies in an international environment.
  • An entrepreneurial and growth mindset with experience in founding and leading own business within a competitive and fast-moving software market.
  • A strong interest in and understanding of technical topics such as software intelligence, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, application security, and SaaS software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate thoughts and business ideas clearly in a C-level setting.

Compensation and rewards

  • We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
  • Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 90,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
