We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Building sustainable state-of-the-art software solutions
- Following agile methodologies, clean code principles, and test-driven development
- Constantly learning and developing your skills within a wide variety of customized software projects
- Building a relationship of trust with your team and allowing self-organized working
- Establishing and maintaining a good working relationship of trust with the client
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Solving complex challenges
- Contributing to the impact of the company significantly by coaching less experienced peers across teams and establishing best practices
- Regularly and proactively giving and requesting feedback
- Understanding the technical requirements of the project before you start programming
- Holding the belief that the difference between a developer and a good one is the ability to understand the business requirements and solution
- Knowledge of how to build web applications from scratch backed by entrepreneurial understanding
- Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and Spring Boot, as well as familiarity with Angular, Vue, and React
- Fluency in both English & German
