Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team at the Headquarters in Leoben, Austria.

About the Role
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and providing expert guidance on IT process improvement strategies and methodologies.
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Engage in the gathering and initial analysis of requirements, working under the guidance of the IT Lead Business Analyst to ensure alignment with business needs.
Your Responsibilities
  • Support stakeholder management by acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the IT team, facilitating communication and understanding of stakeholder needs.
  • Support knowledge management and training.
  • Innovate and continuously improve.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or comparable degree or equivalent at least 5 years professional domain experience.
  • Experience working in international environments.
  • Expert knowledge and practical experience in SAP FI/CO.
  • Awareness of IT Security principles as well as knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance standards relevant to the organization.
  • Excellent conceptual and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
