Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable student to join our Digital Content team as a Content Management Support Intern. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to our team in administrative and project-related tasks, including the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital content management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the collection, clean-up, and visualization of content-related data from various sources, including internal databases and Excel sheets.
  • Support the coordination, curation, and review of highly important content assets, such as product catalogues, with regard to our branding and writing guidelines.
  • Support communication and promotion activities to promote our content assets across different channels, including the creation of newsletters, blog posts, emails, and visuals.
Requirements
  • Foundational skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator, InDesign) and Atlassian software (Jira & Confluence)
  • Experience in content creation, marketing communications, and project management
  • Creativity, adaptability, and an eye for detail
  • First experience in proof-reading and quality gating of documents according to provided guidelines
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken), German as a plus
