The Business Analytics Product is an integral part of the Dynatrace ecosystem, empowering customers and partners to leverage analytics and automation on top of Dynatrace's observability, security, and business data. This initiative targets business-level stakeholders to facilitate modern BizDevSecOps methodologies. In an era of data proliferation, with metrics, traces, logs, user sessions, and dependencies, Dynatrace aims to contextualize data to streamline critical, real-time business decisions with accuracy, speed, and relevance.

  • Steer the business analytics product as a rapidly evolving and dynamic venture, capitalizing on the latest innovations from Dynatrace while leveraging an established platform, extensive enterprise clientele, and a robust partner network.

Dynatrace is dedicated to ensuring optimal software performance. Our platform merges comprehensive observability and continuous runtime application security with advanced AIOps, delivering insights and intelligent automation derived from data. Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and implement the product and go-to-market strategy, prioritize objectives, and report on progress to maximize overall business impact and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain Dynatrace's position as a leader in innovation.
  • Meet solution objectives and KPIs (e.g., ARR, growth, delivery) in collaboration with sales and delivery teams.
  • Adopt an entrepreneurial approach to drive growth towards a multi-hundred-million solution, working closely with other Dynatrace capabilities.
  • Represent the organization and the product in webinars, conferences, analyst briefings, and other public engagements.

Candidate Profile
  • 15+ years of experience in the software or technology sector (SaaS).
  • 10+ years in a leadership role within Product Management.
  • Deep understanding of technology platforms, particularly enterprise software, cloud, and SaaS solutions, with an emphasis on end-user and business analytics.
  • Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset, combined with extensive experience working with global enterprise clients and B2B partnerships.
  • Lead with excellence, not merely manage, ensuring successful execution within an agile team environment.
  • Be highly self-driven and innovative in proposing and presenting solutions to complex challenges.
  • Exceptional communicator and presenter with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to articulate thoughts and business concepts clearly in a C-level environment.

Compensation and Benefits

  • We provide competitive compensation packages and stock purchase options, along with numerous benefits and perks.
  • In compliance with legal requirements, we disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € gross per year based on full-time employment. A higher salary may be offered based on qualifications and experience.
