Senior Operations Manager

We are a leading provider of software intelligence solutions, dedicated to delivering seamless digital experiences for our global customer base. As Senior Operations Manager at Dynatrace Austria GmbH, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our company.
We're looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) to join our team. You will be responsible for managing certifications, customer audits, and controls, driving governance, risk, and compliance within the R&D department and across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in IT or software projects, preferably within a global SaaS vendor, and 5+ years of experience in GRC. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing certifications, customer audits, and controls;
- Driving project management for gap analysis, customer audits, existing and new certifications;
- Tracking and monitoring progress using project management tools;
- Reporting on progress and identifying areas for improvement;
- Improving and documenting workflows and processes;
- Preparing and following up on certifications and audits to ensure timely completion;
- Being the primary contact person for internal and external auditors and Dynatrace subject matter experts/stakeholders.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of approximately €55,000 per year, commensurate with your experience. Our benefits package includes flexible working models, ranging from full remote options to hybrid ones combining home and in-office work. You will also be part of a diverse, international team with English as our corporate language.
