Production Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Automation Technician to join our DNA synthesis team at Ribbon Biolabs GmbH.
Key Responsibilities:- Support and maintain automated production systems, ensuring efficient and reliable manufacturing of DNA products.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues, implement automation solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, calibration, and troubleshooting of automated instrumentation to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Monitor production processes and equipment performance, identifying and addressing technical issues or abnormalities.
- Collaborate with engineers and scientists to develop and implement automation solutions for improving production efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Engineering, Automation, or related field.
- Experience in the operation and/or maintenance of life science instruments/equipment with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
