About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at Dynatrace Austria GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for shaping the vision and strategy for our SRE initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a clear strategy for our SRE initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
  • Set and track reliability goals, establishing Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) to measure and improve system reliability.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Lead the SRE roadmap, creating, driving, and maintaining a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope.
  • Coordinate internal adoption of the Dynatrace product, providing feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Offer clear visibility into system reliability to customers and internal stakeholders through health insights, SLA reporting, and incident response.
  • Apply a customer-centric mindset to identify target audiences, use cases, requirements, and pain points to ensure our solutions meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' hands-on SRE experience in a SaaS environment, with expertise in automation, tooling, capacity management, alert handling, incident response, on-call, and post-mortem analysis.
  • 3+ years of experience leading an SRE team or a product owner/product management experience in an agile software product environment.
  • Passion for pushing the limits to operate a vast SaaS solution reliable and performant at scale.
  • Strong interest and understanding of technical topics such as Software Intelligence, Cloud Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Application Security, and SaaS Software.
