Cybersecurity Strategist

The estimated salary for this position is approximately €2,229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is significantly above the stated minimum salary. This role involves engaging actively in projects with digital security implications, ensuring seamless integration of security requirements. You will play a central role in formulating IT governance and policies, crafting security strategies, and developing a forward-thinking security roadmap. • Evident experience in defining and implementing concepts in digital security or internal control systems
• Excellent knowledge of digital security standards, good practice, concepts, protocols, and principles
• Ability to abstract and maintain a holistic architecture for digital security and translate its implications for practical implementation and operation
• English is a prerequisite; German is a big asset
• A winning personality with excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with stakeholders across all IT teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly related to identifying and mitigating security risks to maintain reliable services
