Salary and Benefits

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for independent processing of various reporting related to remuneration, preparation of decision papers for internal stakeholders, and coordination with involved business departments. Your tasks will include:

  • Independent processing of various reporting related to remuneration
  • Preparation of decision papers for internal stakeholders and coordination with involved business departments
  • Support our internal customers in answering technical and administrative questions
  • Gathering data and facts from all countries to create relevant reports for all target groups
  • Explore insights to suggest improvements based on data and observed trends and follow up by communicating to business
  • Collaboration in remuneration projects and support the team in their various tasks and projects
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Ongoing studies at University/University of Applied Sciences with a background in economics, human resources or data analytics
  • Good data analyzing skills and the ability to get hands-on with research and compensation of analytical data and information
  • Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data, which is your daily business
  • An analytical mindset and the ability to work in well-structured, detailed, and solution-oriented surroundings
  • An empathy for team dynamics and communication, while being fluent in English and German
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), especially MS Excel
