We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Consultant / IT Consultant to join our team at iC Consult. As a key member of our Microsoft Entra / Identity Security team, you will play a leading role in delivering high-quality solutions and driving business growth.

About the Role

  • Take responsibility for Microsoft Entra / Security projects, maintaining a focus on the big picture to deliver high-quality changes.
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of our delivery competencies in the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Microsoft.
  • Assist in identifying and explaining the right Microsoft solutions for our clients in the pre-sales process.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers' business processes and contribute to building highly available Identity Security solutions.

Your Skills and Requirements

  • You have a proven track record in the context of Microsoft Entra / Identity Security, identity and access management, customer IAM or a similar cybersecurity domain.
  • In-depth knowledge of developing highly available identity and security solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts effectively.
  • You have a leadership mindset and strategic planning skills / Experience in leading projects and willingness to take on responsibility.
  • Team orientation and the ability to serve as a role model for the next generation of consultants.
  • Very good German and English skills complete your profile.
