Management Trainee

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield is a leading owner, developer, and operator of high-quality real estate assets in Europe and the United States. Our portfolio includes 71 shopping centers in 12 countries, with over 900 million visitors annually.

We are seeking recent graduates or alumni for our one-year fast-track management program, which offers:

• A comprehensive learning experience, focusing on business fundamentals, particularly in real estate
• The opportunity to build a network while gaining international work experience in various departments, including Investment, Leasing, or Shopping Center Management

To be considered for this program, you must:

• Hold a master's degree from a top-ranked business school or university
• Have highly developed analytical and financial capabilities, as well as strong communication skills
• Display a strong entrepreneurial personality, curiosity, and a willingness to bring new ideas
• Have prior experience working or studying abroad and be committed to an international career
• Have a fluent command of business-level English and German, with additional languages a plus (French, Spanish, Dutch, Swedish, Czech, Polish)
