About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team at AVL List GmbH. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the preparation and implementation of service assignments for customers, as well as the maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of measuring devices and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and implement service assignments for customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot measuring devices and systems, including exhaust gas measuring systems and particle measuring devices.
- Interface with the AVL service hotline and development team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain high-quality protocols, service reports, and quality documents.
- Provide expert advice to customers on the operation and application of our products and services.
Requirements:
- Completed training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automotive engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in the maintenance, production, or calibration of measuring devices/systems.
- Experience in the automotive sector is an advantage.
- High level of problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Confident and friendly demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
- Very good knowledge of German is required, good knowledge of English is an advantage.
