Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team as Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for Conducting in-depth analyses of staff needs and requirements, Creating effective job postings and selecting suitable recruiting channels, Independently conducting job interviews and providing consulting services to managers when they select candidates, Negotiating employment contracts and creating contract documents, Serving as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on labor law issues including contracts, Participating in operational HR projects and ongoing process improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will need Several years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources, Sound knowledge in recruiting, Knowledge of Austrian labour law is an advantage, Very good command of German and English, Excellent communication skills, Confident behaviour and diplomatic talent, High degree of loyalty and good interpersonal skills, Team-oriented work style and discretion.
