Job Title: Lead Frontend Developer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Frontend Developer to join our team at ISG Personalmanagement GmbH. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality frontend applications using React JS and React Native.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop responsive and intuitive frontend applications using React JS and React Native
  • Collaborate with the design team to translate visual concepts into functional online experiences
  • Partner with backend developers to integrate APIs and optimize app performance
  • Conduct code reviews, maintain code quality, and ensure best practices are followed
  • Stay updated with new technology trends and best practices in frontend development
  • Write integration and unit tests to ensure high-quality and well-tested features
  • Lead and mentor the frontend team, setting a high standard for all developers
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of professional experience in frontend development with at least 3 years specializing in React JS and React Native
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript, including DOM manipulation and the object model
  • Deep understanding of React and React Native principles and hands-on experience with prominent libraries such as Redux, React Native Paper, React Native Config (App flavors), and React Native Gifted Chat
  • Experience with native build tools such as XCode and Android Studio, Azure DevOps, and Git
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile libraries for networking
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Fluency in English (working language) is essential, German language skills welcome
