Lead UX Content Strategist

We are seeking a passionate Lead UX Content Strategist to professionalize and elevate our in-app UX writing in a fast-paced environment.

This is a limited 6-month contract, and while the role offers flexibility to work remotely, we'd love to meet with you in person at our headquarters to collaborate and stay connected.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You'll help standardize in-app content by setting up guidelines, creating a smooth and enjoyable user experience, and ensuring tone, style, and voice are consistent.
  • Going through the current in-app text, you'll identify opportunities for improvement, prioritizing updates that align with our brand and make content more accessible for everyone.
  • Using centralized content tools like Phrase or Crowdin, you'll facilitate workflows, boost efficiency, and support the transition to a unified content platform.
  • You'll work closely with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Technical Writers to craft and fine-tune content that brings new product features to life.
  • You'll also mentor UX Designers, offering training and guidance to help professionalize UX writing tasks while keeping the tone of voice consistent with our brand.

  • Experience with content management tools like Phrase, Crowdin, or similar, and the ability to manage content efficiently on a technical platform.
  • The skill to collaborate across teams, working with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to create content that supports product goals and improves user interaction.
  • Independence in your work, comfortable taking the lead with limited oversight, but always ready to check in for feedback and alignment when needed.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring content is both user-friendly and technically accurate, particularly for non-technical audiences, with a high level of English proficiency.

Salary and Benefits:

For this role, we're offering a salary starting at €30,000 for the 6-month contract. We're open to discussing a competitive package based on your qualifications, experience, and location.
