We are in search of a seasoned DevOps Engineer to become a vital part of our dynamic DevOps team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in Java programming and demonstrate proficiency in agile frameworks such as Kanban and Scrumban. As a proactive and communicative collaborator, you will play a crucial role in refining and optimizing our DevOps methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with development teams to embed DevOps practices within Java projects;
- Oversee and enhance build automation tools like Maven and Gradle;
- Design and refine CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins;
- Employ Docker and Kubernetes for effective containerization and orchestration;
- Manage RDBMS systems, including MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL;
- Create and sustain infrastructure as code using Terraform;
- Implement monitoring and logging solutions through Grafana, Prometheus, and the ELK stack;
- Enhance and automate cloud infrastructure on platforms such as OpenStack and Azure;
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Java and Groovy development;
- Expertise in Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, and Nexus/Artifactory;
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and RDBMS systems;
- Experience with at least one of the following: bash, PowerShell, or GitLab CI;
- (Ideally) Knowledge of public cloud services like Azure and infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform;
- (Ideally) Understanding of Helm, ArgoCD, and messaging systems like Artemis (MQ);
- (Ideally) Experience with EKS, ECS;
- A solid grasp of DevOps best practices;
