Key Expert Solutions Developer

This role is a key part of our team's success, and we're looking for someone who can drive business growth through technical expertise.
Responsibilities- Main Tasks:
- Support the Business Development team in Europe with in-depth knowledge of Irdeto embedded security solutions and services.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with existing customers to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
- Accompany customers from initial interaction through product implementation and operation.
- Identify opportunities to extend Irdeto's scope of service and introduce product enhancements with existing customers.
- Contribute to bid process improvement and bid management practices.
- Interface with customers to determine their technical requirements and discuss complex technical specifications.
- Deliver detailed product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective customers and partners.
- Support Business Development activities at exhibitions, conferences, and webinars.
- Contribute to pre-sales collateral.
- Understand and gather market intelligence.
- Translate technical customer requirements into Irdeto solutions and identify relevant products, services, and prior case studies.
- Draft proposal sections, SOWs, and master agreements under the direction of the Bid Manager or Project Manager.
- Respond to customer questions, RFIs, and RFPs during the bid process.
- Contribute to business case development as required.
- Create and maintain excellent relationships with existing customers globally, providing in-depth Irdeto product and service knowledge.
- Identify opportunities to extend current Irdeto products and services within customer accounts.
- Convert opportunities into technical sales proposals in collaboration with the Business Development team.
- Expedite license renewal, service extension, and recurring orders efficiently.
- Contribute to achieving sales objectives set at the beginning of the financial year.
- Liaise with customers to support the Business Development Team in maintaining customer data in the CRM system.
- Liaise with internal departments to assist customers in resolving issues and communicating requirements.
- Challenge, evaluate, and improve bid and sales management processes.
- Enhance and improve the tooling being used.
- Stay up-to-date with changes and updates to relevant Irdeto products and services.
- Improve knowledge and awareness of trends, markets, products, and services in the automotive and electric vehicle charging industry.
- Ensure knowledge of standards and compliance in the automotive and electric vehicle charging industry remains up-to-date.
