Job Title: Specialist Asset & Product Management Biologicals

Kwizda Agro GmbH, a leading provider of crop protection products, is seeking an ambitious and motivated Specialist Asset & Product Management Biologicals to join our international, dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Product/Asset Managers in the development and introduction of new products
  • Provide research for positioning, business cases, competitor and market information with internal teams and external agencies
  • Support product management and sales in preparing presentation material
  • Organize internal and external events
  • Ensure compliance and appropriate label design for the Label Management process
  • Represent the Asset Management team in the Master Data management process
  • Support asset managers and distribution partners in securing secondary standard certifications
  • Provide product support for documentation and coordinate internal product database updates
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in Biology and Agronomy
  • First years' experience in a similar function
  • Perfect command of English, knowledge of German is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Independent, accurate, goal-oriented and structured work style
  • Excellent communication and cooperation skills
  • Very good organization and implementation skills
  • Good problem-solving and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong customer and service orientation skills
