Professional Cost Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Controller - Personnel Planning Specialist to join our Group FS Controlling team in the Finance Department at Raiffeisenbankengruppe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our personnel planning tool and collaborating with the cost center responsible on budgeting and forecasting with a focus on personnel costs.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of personnel cost planning and controlling, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial processes.
- Improve and maintain our personnel planning tool in SAP ECP/SAC, aligning assumptions and processes with PC&O and Payroll teams.
- Collaborate with accounting on internal booking logics for personnel costs, ensuring seamless financial management.
- Assist the Cost Center responsible in RBI and Austrian subsidiaries with personnel cost management, providing expertise in personnel cost calculations for business cases.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting for personnel cost planning, calculating budget adjustments in the course of internal reorganizations.
- University degree in Finance, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- Experience in personnel planning, HR controlling, Cost Controlling, and Austrian employment law.
- Strong analytical skills, well-structured, and hands-on approach.
- Proactive team player with high motivation and ambition to learn, shape, and teach.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors / SAC is a plus.
- Ability to work with large datasets.
- Very good command of German and/or English.
