As a leading boutique growth partner, we support our clients with customer acquisition through paid ads, mainly Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Our ad spend exceeds $1M monthly, making us one of the few Meta Business Partners.

We're seeking a skilled Creative Advertising Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

You will work closely with our creative strategist to create and tweak high-performing video and image ads on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Your tasks include:

  • Creating and refining ads to hit key performance indicators (CTR, Scrollstop, CPA)
  • Becoming familiar with top-tier DTC brands' ads, taking courses, and staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools
  • Working with Adobe programs to create image, video, and animation ads
  • Delivering quality edits until we find the best format for our brand

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • C1 English proficiency
  • E-commerce experience
  • A minimum of 40mbps internet speed
  • A high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Graphic Design and Video Editing using Adobe Suit (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
