We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at Erste Digital GmbH. As a key member of our Group Risk Solutions department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital future of our organization.

About the Role

As a Business Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing new data requirements and adapting or creating data-catalogues and specification of Data Quality checks. You will also support in the resolution of operations incidents and collaborate with Risk Business Users across the entire Erste Group in the context of ongoing projects related to technical and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing existing data using your SQL skills
  • Supporting in the resolution of operations incidents
  • Collaborating with Risk Business Users across the entire Erste Group
  • Maintaining and enhancing our reports
Requirements
  • English AND German language knowledge (at least B2/C1 level)
  • Analytical mindset and familiar with requirement gathering in a financial context
  • Know-How in Data Management/Modelling
  • Able to write SQL queries and is familiar with data models in general
  • Experience in a product-driven environment and and experience with version control tools (Subversion, Git, Bitbucket)
  • Passion for teamwork and continuous learning
  • Responsible and accountable
  • Curious and treating all people with respect
  • At least 4+ years of work experience

Salary and Benefits

A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective collective agreement is EUR 52.136,-- gross per year.
