We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Communications Specialist to join our team. As the liaison between social and traditional media for various projects, you will be responsible for developing innovative content strategies, concepts, and communication plans. Your expertise in creating engaging content across multiple channels will be essential in maintaining contact with international magazines and media partners.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in social media and communications, as well as expertise in content creation, including text, audio, photo, and video. Strong knowledge of youth culture and lifestyle, imaging, and adventure sports is also required. Additionally, you should have online marketing-specific experience and be fluent in spoken and written English and German.

In this role, you will lead and manage social media channels for specific projects, define and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) on both quantitative and qualitative levels, and identify opportunities for collaboration with photographers, athletes, influencers, and brands. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting new trends and maintaining an overview of all content across our channels.

We offer a competitive salary range of €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience.
