Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Engineer to join our team at Cybermoth. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality user interface components using React.js.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new user-facing features using React.js
  • Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
  • Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
  • Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
Requirements
  • 3+ years of software engineering experience
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
  • Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
  • Experience with popular React.js workflows such as Flux or Redux
  • Familiarity with UI toolkits Ant Design, Material-UI or React Bootstrap
  • Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Swagger
  • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
  • Experience with common front-end development tools Webpack, Node.js, NPM, etc.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
  • A knack for benchmarking and optimization
  • Familiarity with code versioning tools Git
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
What We Offer
  • Depending on qualifications and professional experience, we offer a gross monthly salary between € 2,700 and € 5,400 for this position
  • Five weeks of vacation per year
  • For Non-EU residents we offer a 6 months contract working in Vienna with the possibility to prolong, or after this period work remote from your country of origin
  • Assistance with Austrian work visa application if necessary
  • All additional benefits dictated by Austria's employment law including medical insurance
