About the Program

The International Graduate Program at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield is a one-year fast-track management program designed for recent graduates and alumni. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain international work experience, build a network, and develop business fundamentals, especially within the real estate sector.

Program Highlights

• 12 months in 2 countries and 3 assignments within various departments, including Investment, Leasing, or Shopping Centre Management
• Opportunity to learn business fundamentals and gain international work experience
• Chance to build a network and develop a strong entrepreneurial personality

Requirements

• Master's degree from a top-ranked business school or university
• Strong analytical and financial capabilities, as well as excellent communication skills
• Fluent command of business-level English and German, with every other language of the Group being a plus
