Your Mission- Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing credit card processes, with a primary focus on card issuance, to improve efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction across all segments, including private individuals and corporate clients.
- Serve as the primary liaison for all credit card-related inquiries within an agile framework, fostering close collaboration among product management, operations, and IT teams.
- Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to pinpoint emerging business trends and requirements, define process improvements, and ensure alignment with overarching business objectives and strategies.
- Design, coordinate, and implement end-to-end strategic and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis and mapping of existing credit card processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and crafting streamlined workflows.
- Operate within an agile environment, reviewing the outcomes of agile delivery teams, assisting in troubleshooting and incident resolution, and supporting solution development as the primary business contact for the IT delivery team.
- Continuously assess and measure the effectiveness of processes and changes, leveraging data-driven insights for ongoing enhancements.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and integrate relevant trends into process optimization strategies.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Credit Cards sector or in Digital Lending or Payments.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or project manager within an agile setting.
- In-depth knowledge of the banking industry.
- Proven ability in solution-oriented thinking with experience in process optimization focused on digitalization and automation.
- A collaborative mindset and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and German, with excellent communication abilities.
