Senior Quoting Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quoting Specialist to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our commercial operations, you will be responsible for independently processing customer inquiries, preparing offers, and ensuring the pre-selection and review of new inquiries. Your technical understanding, project management expertise, and strong communication skills will be essential in driving our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer inquiries, prepare offers, and ensure timely delivery of quotes
• Review and pre-select new inquiries, preparing precise calculations and ensuring alignment with our pricing strategies
• Contribute to the implementation of price and product range strategies, driving business growth and success
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data in systems such as SAP, CRM, and other relevant tools
• Support the team in preparing price negotiations and actively participate in market research and marketing concepts

Requirements:

• Commercial or technical education, such as an apprenticeship or degree from a HAK/HTL
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a manufacturing company
• Technical understanding and experience with project management topics
• Excellent German and English language skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills
