Position Overview:
We are in search of an SAP In-house Specialist for Financial Accounting and Controlling (FI/CO) to enhance our Finance Division, which encompasses the Accounting, Controlling, and Procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary advisor to the Finance Division on all matters related to financial workflows and the SAP FI and CO modules, ensuring effective solutions and improvements.
- Deliver technical operational assistance while identifying additional requirements, planning, and tailoring the SAP FI and CO modules.
- Oversee projects across the entire end-to-end process.
- Customize and execute functional and integration testing.
- Manage, process, and evaluate incidents within SAP S/4HANA.
- Collaborate with external implementation partners and service providers.
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience with SAP, either as a technical consultant or as an in-house technical authority.
- A degree in business informatics, business administration, or industrial engineering (or a comparable qualification).
Soft Skills:
- Collaborative, proactive, and supportive team player.
- Strong organizational abilities, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
- Fluency in English for business communication.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in SAP S4/HANA Finance.
- Controlling expertise in profitability management, planning, actuals, transfer pricing, and reporting.
- Accounting knowledge covering full P2P and O2C processes, including VIM & SD, Cash Management, Asset Accounting, and Group Reporting.
- Understanding of procurement requirements, including purchase orders and material groups.
- Experience in optimizing and automating workflows through scripting and automated jobs.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, ABAP, or VBA is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Salary Information:
