The Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Process Improvement and Stewardship for Downstream Albumin & Aralast & Biologics. This role involves leading scientific and technical development, managing processes in purification, formulation, filling, and finishing. The ideal candidate will optimize manufacturing processes, ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance, and drive GMP Compliance, safety, and production targets.
Responsibilities
">This position requires direct and indirect management of a team of Manufacturing Scientists and Process Validation Specialists. Key responsibilities include collaborating with site operations, driving process life cycle management, and ensuring expertise in robust and stable processes. The successful candidate will also manage projects, budgets, schedules, and engage with various stakeholders at multiple levels.
Requirements
">We are looking for candidates with good level of English language skills and German language skills preferred. Additionally, experience in leading scientific and technical development, managing processes, and ensuring quality and compliance is essential.
