Job Title: Hardware Engineer System Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Engineer System Development to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our Development Center in Graz, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative hardware solutions for our cutting-edge products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop hardware boards for various applications, including concept to production phases.
  • Manage parts and design libraries, generate technical drawings and bills of material.
  • Develop and maintain intelligent software-based test solutions and design production test equipment.
  • Contribute to the development of standard practices, guidelines, and utilities to reduce design cycle time and improve PCB design efficiencies.
  • Drive and support the development of innovative production test solutions and product demonstrator solutions.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Information and Communication Technology, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar.
  • Experience in the field of semiconductors and/or interest in NFC technologies and security applications.
  • Solid knowledge of board design and PCB layout tools, especially Altium Designer.
  • Familiarity with RF measurement techniques and electromagnetic simulation tools.
  • Ability to interpret, analyze, and develop code written in C, Java Script, Lab View, and Python.
  • Hands-on mentality with respect to laboratory measurements.
  • Fluent English skills, German skills a plus.
