Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Concession Merchandiser to join our team at Claire's. As a Concession Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal and sales performance of our concession shop within Smyths Salzburg.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to various stores within your assigned route to recover, replenish, and merchandise the concession shop.
  • Validate all carton deliveries from the Distribution Center to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Implement and execute the Planogram in-line with In-Store Presentation guidelines to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Replenish stock from fixture storage and stockroom to ensure all products are on the sales floor, meeting operational requirements.
  • Ensure promotions and sales are in line with operational requirements, maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
  • Organize extra stock in assigned areas, including inside tower storage and stockroom, to optimize storage capacity.
  • Process empty cards, transfers, and damages as required, maintaining accurate records and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Check style numbers in the concession system to ensure scanning is accurate and efficient.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies to enhance sales performance, driving business growth.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy concession area at all times, ensuring products are not left on the floor and adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Lead and train partner teams by example, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and providing guidance on sales techniques.
  • Provide regular updates to the Concessions District Sales Manager on performance, offering feedback and recommendations for areas of improvement.
