About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Otis. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, as well as the development and implementation of financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address financial opportunities and challenges
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and industry trends, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
