Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

To succeed in this role, you must have at least one year of customer service experience and be fluent in English and German. You should also possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other leaders to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends
