Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales & Business Development professional to join our high-performing team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Opportunity Identification: Work closely with Directors to research and identify new opportunities for Papyrus Software in related sectors.
  • Prospect Research: Conduct research on prospects to provide relevant information and analyze opportunities available.
  • Lead Generation: Reach out to prospects via telephone and email to introduce Papyrus Software and convert leads into possible opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management: Successfully generate qualified opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline of new market and client opportunities for Papyrus Software.
  • Client Engagement: Identify and engage with prospects, understand their needs, and position Papyrus Software as the appropriate solution.
  • CRM Management: Maintain all client records in the company's CRM database.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with international sales teams and Directors to ensure all projects are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
Preferred Background
  • Education: Bachelor's degree with a background in Enterprise Software.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Confident telephone manner, and ability to build rapport with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
  • Time Management: Efficient time management skills with the ability to stay focused on primary business objectives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Research Skills: Research and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaboration: Collaborative and organized with the ability to work on multiple projects at one time.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred).
  • Experience: Experience in Enterprise Software sales.
  • Languages: German and English.
  • Authorization: Austrian work authorization required.
