Job Title: Account Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Tiroler Sparkasse Bank AG. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and intensifying existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of customers and develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cross-selling and upselling
  • Analyze customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
Your Background:
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
