Position: Business Analyst (Commercial Applications) (f/m/d)
Your Responsibilities:
- Enhance our best practice standards and incorporate new methodologies into our marketing, sales, and customer service workflows.
- Design, coordinate, and develop our SAP cloud platform solutions, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Management, to support the entire customer lifecycle.
- Lead international projects and manage rollouts, including data migration across various country organizations.
- Assist key users in utilizing the solutions effectively.
- Promote system adoption and evaluate new requirements for feasibility.
- Draft user stories for implementation and ensure thorough testing during the rollout of new features.
- Engage in communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Your Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- A completed degree in business administration, marketing, sales, business informatics, or a related field.
- Experience with customer relationship management systems, marketing campaigns, and automation.
- Initial professional experience with SAP C4C and the SAP cloud platform.
- Hands-on experience with SAP projects and a solid understanding of business processes.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and service processes.
- A proactive and team-oriented approach, with strong communication skills and a confident demeanor.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, with a willingness to travel.
