Job Description

Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our warehouse operations team.

Location:

Our warehouse is located in Rankweil, Austria.

Tasks:

  • Business or technical training (degree or equivalent qualification or experience)
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
  • Experience in planning, procurement, and logistics processes and in project management
  • Good knowledge of warehouse management systems and MS Office, SAP user knowledge
  • Ability to organize and optimize complex warehouse processes
  • Ability to work independently and proactively find solutions
  • Very good knowledge of German and English

Requirements:

  • Disciplinary and technical management of around 50 employees
  • Leading and supporting the implementation of relevant logistics standards and process requirements
  • Control and achievement of the relevant logistics key figures
  • Support with maintenance and planning of necessary investments for equipment and systems
  • Coordination of internal transportation
  • Ensuring the provision of materials for shipping to external customers and intercompany deliveries
