We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our engineering team in Linz and drive the success of our enterprise-focused remote connectivity product, Tensor.
This is an excellent opportunity to create impact and add value in an agile, modern environment.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of product initiatives from requirements gathering to release, supporting Product Managers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Translate customer needs into cutting-edge product innovations, defining and tracking key product indicators (KPIs).
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, Engineers, and QA teams to ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Gather requirements from Product Management and stakeholders, converting them into user stories and supporting documentation.
- Ensure development team members understand product goals and support them in finding solutions.
- Advise stakeholders on commercial and technical factors, making recommendations to drive business success.
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, software development, and quality assurance.
- Strong technical understanding and previous coding experience are a plus.
- Experience with scrum and agile processes, particularly in Product Development.
- Collaborative approach, strong communication skills, and ability to advise stakeholders.
- Solution-oriented and flexible, with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, with German a plus.
