Senior Solution Architect

Spearhead the effective implementation, customization, and optimization of our CRM solution, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, to meet the organization's strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
• Drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions in a cross-functional scrum team.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in software solution architecture, with a strong focus on .NET, C#, and modern development practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a software development team in an agile/scrum environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset for balancing short-term needs and long-term technical goals.
• Solid understanding of CRM systems, with hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 being highly desirable.
• Emphasis on an appreciative and open working environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
