We are seeking a skilled Electrical Automation Specialist to join our Central Technology and Engineering department.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for the development and execution of projects while considering business cases, technical concepts, and technological feasibility.

  • Negotiate with suppliers and contract partners
  • Plan project activities according to scope and services
  • Create and track schedules
  • Manage budgets, ongoing costs, contracts, claims, risks, and reporting
  • Lead an international project team
Requirements
  • Tertiary education with a focus on automation and electric plant engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Several years of relevant professional experience as a project manager, ideally in a global corporate environment
  • Knowledge of technical regulations and experience with technological processes in the pulp & paper industry and automation/electricity in general
  • Fluent English and German spoken and written, with other foreign languages an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and intercultural competence
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility
  • An independent, well-structured working method, self-responsibility, and cooperativeness for teamwork
  • Self-initiative and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Strong negotiating and leadership skills
Location and Benefits

This role is located in Gratkorn, Austria. Occasional travel to the company's locations may be required.

We offer a competitive annual gross remuneration of EUR 80,000, depending on qualifications and/or special professional experience.
